Dandelion Omelette

So that you don't have to, I ate some dandelion leaves.  Verdict:

  • keeps shape when fried
  • pretty green colour
  • chewy
  • bitter
  • like spinach leaves
  • edible
  • no unpleasant after effects (so far) 

  • not necessarily pleasant
